We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Quality Inspector who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and making sure every product meets our high standards. At Weckworth, we manufacture quality industrial textile products, including products for military and commercial customers. Our Quality Inspectors play an important role in making sure everything we produce is something we can be proud of!

Our Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday/Saturday: Occasional overtime as needed Saturday & Sunday: Enjoy your weekend! That's right! What You'll Be Doing As a Quality Inspector, you'll be one of the people making sure our products are built right and meet customer expectations. Inspect materials and finished products to make sure they meet quality standards. Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections. Use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers to verify accuracy.
Read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications. Catch problems before they become bigger problems! Work closely with Production and Engineering to resolve quality concerns. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records. Help keep our workplace clean, safe, and running smoothly. What Makes You a Great Fit?
We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a sharp eye for detail. Here's what you'll need: At least 1 year of Quality Inspection experience in a manufacturing environment. High school diploma or GED. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use measuring tools (skills testing required).
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to keep up in a busy manufacturing environment.
