We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and taking ownership of their territory. 1099 independent contractor and statutory employee arrangements may be considered, subject to eligibility and applicable law. What Our Sales Representatives Do Service and grow existing retail accounts throughout Central California Identify prospective customers and generate new business Merchandise products and introduce new items to increase customer sales Develop lasting relationships with store owners and decision-makers Collaborate with regional management and internal teams to support territory performance Compensation & Opportunity Estimated annual earnings: $100,000–$125,000+ Additional earning potential for high-performing representatives Established territory with significant growth potential Commission-based compensation structure Potential 1099 independent contractor or statutory employee arrangement, subject to eligibility and applicable law Qualifications: Ideal Candidate We're seeking a self-motivated, organized professional who enjoys working independently, developing customer relationships, and growing sales. Experience in outside sales, wholesale distribution, consumer goods, or retail account management is preferred, but we're open to candidates with strong transferable skills. Regional travel, technology proficiency, and occasional physical merchandising, including lifting up to 50 lbs, are expected.
