Sr. Program Manager, End-to-End Program Management

The Senior Manager, End-to-End Program Management is a senior leadership position accountable for the strategic leadership, program execution, and client stewardship of one of the organization's largest and most complex portfolios. The role owns program end-to-end delivery - from strategy and contractual commitment through operational execution and measurable client outcomes - across a diverse set of products, services, and delivery partners.

The position carries a deliberately matrixed reporting relationship - a solid line to Enterprise Enablement and a liaison relationship with PMO, assessment, operations and technology resources. The incumbent must make that structure work through influence, transparency, and disciplined escalation rather than positional authority.
