Key Responsibilities

Ø Recruitment & Onboarding: Ø Employee Relations: Ø HR Administration: Ø Payroll & Benefits Administration: Ø Training & Development: Ø Compliance & Safety: Qualifications and Skills: Ø Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Ø Minimum of 2–3 years of HR experience (preferably in logistics, transport, or a similar industry).

Ø Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Ø Strong organizational and communication skills. Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems (HRMS). Ø Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Ø Knowledge in QMS is an added advantage
