Key Responsibilities

Prospect and acquire new clients in the logistics, import/export, or manufacturing sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners Present freight forwarding services (air, ocean, road, customs clearance) tailored to client needs Conduct site visits, meet clients, and follow up on leads Achieve monthly sales targets and report on performance Collaborate with internal operations to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements: Proven sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-starter with ability to work independently Good understanding of international shipping processes
