Responsibilities

Presales & Solution Design • Lead GIS solution design activities for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and client pursuits. • Develop solution architecture, operating models, staffing models, transition plans and pricing constructs. • Create GIS managed service offerings and transformation roadmaps. • Build value propositions around GIS modernization, Utility Network migration, GeoAI, Spatial Analytics and Digital Twins. • Collaborate with sales teams to support client presentations and solution workshops. GIS Domain Consulting • Assess client GIS landscapes and recommend future-state operating models. • Define GIS transformation opportunities across people, process, technology and data. • Support enterprise GIS platform assessments and modernization initiatives. • Guide customers on GIS governance, data quality and operational excellence. Capability Development • Develop service offerings and reusable solution assets. • Build industry-specific GIS use cases and accelerators. • Drive competency development activities across the GIS practice. • Define best practices for GIS delivery and quality management. Commercial Support • Prepare effort estimates and pricing models. • Develop cost optimization and productivity improvement frameworks. • Support business case creation and value realization models.
