Senior Full-Stack Developer

Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Developer Location: Hyderabad Experience: 5+ years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer with a strong background in full-stack engineering, and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable, secure solutions, contribute to AI-driven innovation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance attack surface discovery, SOC operations, and enterprise-grade application building.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Engineering: o Build and maintain backend services using JavaScript (Node.js) and Python. o Create scalable APIs, database integrations, and microservices. o Optimize backend performance and ensure security best practices. o Lead development of React-based UI with seamless integrations. o Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance optimization.
• AI/GenAI Development: o Design, build, and optimize AI/GenAI models for automation, analytics, and security applications. o Integrate GenAI solutions into enterprise platforms using Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Cybersecurity Expertise: o Build tools and solutions for internal attack surface discovery, VAPT, Application Security Assessments, GRC/Advisory practices, vulnerability detection, and reduction. o Collaborate with SOC teams to automate alerting, incident response workflows, and threat detection logic. o Integrate security best practices into development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
• DevOps & CI/CD: o Set up and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for rapid and secure deployments. o Drive Dev. Sec. Ops practices and ensure secure build and release processes.
• Code Quality & Leadership: o Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers. o Collaborate with architects, product teams, and cybersecurity analysts to deliver reliable and secure software.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Programming & Frameworks: Strong expertise in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, NestJS, NextJS and SQL databases.
• Cybersecurity: Hands-on experience in VAPT, Pen Testing, Application Security Testing, GRC/Advisory practices, attack surface discovery/reduction, SOC operations, SIEM tools, vulnerability scanning, and secure coding practices.
• DevOps/CI/CD: Strong understanding of pipelines, Git workflows, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Code Quality: Proven track record in code reviews, architectural design, and technical leadership.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in cybersecurity-focused products or services organizations.
• Certifications: OSCP, CEH, CISSP, AWS Security, or equivalent will be plus
• Knowledge of security frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST) and compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001).
