Job description
Job Title: Social Media Executive Job Location: Hyderabad Hybrid, Permanent Role Job Overview: The Social Media Executive will drive social media execution, creator partnerships, community engagement, content operations, and analytics across beauty brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Profile ownership: Manage Instagram, YouTube (Shorts & long-form), Facebook, Pinterest, Threads/X, and emerging channels.
- Content production: Brief, review, and publish Reels, Shorts, carousels, stories, and live content with the in-house creative team.
- Influencer & creator partnerships: Source, brief, contract, manage creators, track deliverables, and coordinate whitelisting.
- UGC engine: Collect, rights-clear, organize, and repurpose customer-generated content.
- Social listening & sentiment: Monitor brand mentions, hashtags, competitors, and category conversations; share insights weekly.
- Analytics & reporting: Own weekly and monthly reporting on reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, saves, shares, and share of voice.
- Cross-functional asset supply: Share organic winners and creator content with performance, CRM, PR, and offline marketing teams.
- Trend & platform radar: Pilot new formats and platform features; scale successful initiatives.
- Social SEO & discovery: Optimize captions, keywords, hashtags, alt-text, Pinterest pins, and YouTube metadata.
- Tooling & budget hygiene: Manage scheduling tools, social listening platforms, influencer trackers, gifting budgets, and monthly reconciliations.
Requirements
- 2–4 years managing social media for a consumer brand or agency; beauty, skincare, haircare, or personal-care experience preferred.
- Demonstrable portfolio of social profiles, campaigns, creator partnerships, and measurable outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with Instagram and YouTube Shorts; Pinterest, Threads, and broadcast channel experience is a plus.
- End-to-end influencer management experience including sourcing, briefing, contracts, approvals, and reporting.
- Comfortable with analytics platforms, social listening tools, and scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with Canva, Cap. Cut, or similar creative collaboration tools.
- Excellent written English; conversational Hindi is an advantage.
- Strong organization, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brand calendars simultaneously.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; strong portfolio preferred over pedigree
