Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Bayside Health & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for our 60-bed center in Danville, VA. We are a growing and progressive organization with a focus on providing quality care and advanced rehabilitation. The selected individual will be responsible for: strong clinical outcomes, census and census mix, and positive employee relations. The ideal candidate will have well-developed team building skills, a commitment to quality improvement, and the ability to motivate others and raise the bar to achieve and maximize the potential of the center.
