Data Engineer

Arobas Personnel is looking for a Data Engineer for a contract mandate with a client based in Ottawa, Mississauga or Montreal. Télétravail : Hybride Top 3 Skills: BigQuery Dataflow Teradata Responsibilities Develop and maintain batch and near real-time data pipelines using cloud-native technologies. Build reusable frameworks for data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration .

Optimize BigQuery datasets, partitioning, clustering, and query performance. Develop automated validation and reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy. Convert SAS and Teradata business logic into SQL and cloud-native solutions. Support the modernization of analytical workloads using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery .

Validate business outputs between legacy and cloud-based implementations.

Requirements

Strong experience with BigQuery , Dataflow , Teradata , and GCP . Experience with SAS migration, optimization, and modernization initiatives. Advanced SQL and data engineering expertise.
