CoolIT Systems is seeking a Project Manager Team Lead to lead a team of NPI Project Managers while managing the successful execution of complex product development and continuous improvement projects. Based in Calgary and reporting to the Product department, this role oversees project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and performance metrics for advanced liquid cooling solutions, including CDUs and PCLs.
Working with cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and production, the successful candidate will drive project delivery, team development, and operational excellence in a fast-paced technology environment.
