Finance Officer – Yabello – East Africa Land Border Security Program (EALBSP)

Mercy Corps has been operating in Ethiopia since 2004, working with government, communities, and partners to strengthen resilience, livelihoods, food security, social cohesion, and access to clean water. The East Africa Land Border Security Program (EALBSP) is an FCDO-funded program focused on reducing organized immigration crime and promoting safer borders through evidence, stronger law enforcement, community engagement, and witness support.

The Finance Officer, based in Yabello, supports effective financial management by processing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring budgets, conducting reconciliations, and ensuring proper use of program funds in compliance with Mercy Corps policies, FCDO requirements, and Ethiopian laws.
