Registered Nurse | Intensive Care Unit

Summary Rice Memorial hospital has an incredible opportunity for a skilled acute care nurse to join their Intensive Care Unit! Schedule 24 hours per two weeks Mix of 8-hour and 12-hour rotating shifts Includes every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays Pay Pay based on experience and degree Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $43.

24 per hour Bachelors in nursing starting at $43.61 per hour Masters in nursing starting at $45.79 per hour Full pay range: $43.24 - $65.47 per hour Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current RN licensure in the State of Minnesota. Working knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice.

Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees, public, and other providers. A knowledge of growth and development; specifically, an understanding of the cognitive, physical, emotional, and chronological maturation process.

An understanding of the range of treatment needed by patients of all ages in relation to the growth and development processes to include neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
