Position Details

• Location: Everett, MA, and surrounding communities
• Pay: $19–$21 per hour
• Schedule: Part-time, flexible daytime hours
• Mother's Hours: School-day availability welcomed, including schedules such as 9:00 AM–2:00 PM or 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, depending on client needs
• Positions Available: Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Homemakers

Responsibilities

Home Health Aides (HHAs):

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Support clients with daily routines and activities

Homemakers:

• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Help with meal preparation and grocery shopping
• Provide companionship and social interaction
• Assist with household tasks to help clients remain comfortable and independent at home

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and caring attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and provide reliable care
• HHA certification or applicable experience for Home Health Aide positions
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation to client homes
