Senior Financial Analyst 3520707 Hourly pay: $75/hr Worksite: Leading medical institution (Remote, Open to candidates in the United States) W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL 40 hours/week, 3 Month Assignment A leading medical institution is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide technical and general accounting support.

Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities: Provide technical and general accounting assistance to the Controller, primarily completing bank reconciliations for the current year. Analyze financial information, accounting processes, and business systems to identify issues, prepare reports, recommend improvements to accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, and advise department personnel on accounting-related matters.

Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications: Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), with working knowledge of fund accounting and healthcare accounting. Experience managing and maintaining accounting systems and producing financial reports for medical groups and physician networks. Working knowledge of computerized general ledger and subsidiary accounting systems, including the flow of financial information and the ability to recommend system enhancements and modifications.

Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing applications to analyze financial data and prepare reports, presentations, and communications. Experience with Workday is preferred. Experience with Managed Care Plans is preferred. Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, with flexibility to adjust working hours and work overtime as needed.
