Summary: The Preconstruction Manager leads all preconstruction activities for complex project. This role manages the full estimating process from conceptual budgeting through construction documents while ensuring accuracy, schedule compliance, and high-quality deliverables. The Preconstruction Manager cultivates strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners; provides strategic project solutions including value engineering and constructability reviews; and oversees internal teams to ensure coordinated, contract-compliant outcomes.
This position also serves as a subject-matter expert within key market sectors, mentors junior staff, and represents the company in industry organizations to support long-term growth.
