Dassian Strategic Solutions is seeking a driven and innovative SAP Development Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining SAP and side-by-side cloud native applications using advanced technologies.

Job Description Key Responsibilities: Develop and enhance SAP applications with a strong focus on SAP UI5, RAP (Restful ABAP), and ABAP programming. Build cloud-native solutions or side-by-side extensions to SAP with BTP or hyperscaler platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Ability to integrate AI services into applications such as OCR, document extraction and generative AI.

Ability to work with AI models in support of AI -enabled SDLC such as claude code. Work with cross-functional teams to design, build and improve SAP solutions. Find and fix issues so the software you deliver is high quality. Develop, test, and deploy applications on schedule and in accordance with project requirements.

Write clean, efficient, maintainable code that follows industry best practices. Create and maintain technical documentation across the software lifecycle. Design with the end user in mind, building intuitive and responsive user experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field. 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP UI5, ABAP and RAP. Experience with OData services, CDS Views and modern development practices (Agile, DevOps, Git/version control). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with SAP system architecture and business processes. Knowledge of microservices authentication patterns or experience with building cloud-native applications. Any experience with SAP BTP is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. Leverages AI tools in development work (e.g., AI coding assistants).
