Forget the traditional car sales job. We're doing things a little differently.

We're looking for people who love cars, know their way around technology, enjoy connecting with people, and get excited about showing someone all the cool things their next vehicle can do.

As a Product Specialist, you'll become the go-to expert on Ford, Toyota, and/or our pre-owned inventory. You'll help customers explore vehicles, compare models, discover features, and find the one that feels right for them.

And the best part? You get to focus on the fun stuff!

What You'll Be Doing

• Be the car expert. Get to know your assigned brands inside and out. From the latest Ford technology to Toyota safety features, you'll be the person who knows the answer.
• Show off the good stuff. Take customers through vehicles, demonstrate features, and help them discover everything their next car has to offer.
• Get creative. Make fun, personalized vehicle videos, walkarounds, and product content to help customers shop from anywhere.
• Help people find their match. Work with customers in the showroom and online to explore options and find a vehicle that fits their lifestyle.
• Be the technology guru. After a customer gets their new vehicle, help them pair their phone, set up Apple CarPlay, customize settings, and master all the bells and whistles.
• Work with a great team. Once a customer finds the vehicle they love, our Sales Professionals take care of the numbers and paperwork. You get to keep doing what you do best: making the experience awesome.

Who Would Be Great at This?

• You're a car person. Maybe you're obsessed with trucks, know every Toyota trim level, or can talk Ford features all day.
• Technology doesn't intimidate you. In fact, you probably enjoy figuring out how everything works.
• You're personable, outgoing, and genuinely enjoy helping people.
• You're comfortable on camera and aren't afraid to make a quick video.
• You love learning new things and sharing what you know.
• You bring good energy, take initiative, and enjoy being part of a team.
