This role is a great fit if you have at least one year of customer service experience, especially in hotels, restaurants, or travel.

As a full-service Marriott hotel, we welcome many business travelers and take pride in offering excellent service from the moment guests arrive. If you are friendly, detail-oriented, and eager to grow, we’d love to meet you. Position: Front Desk Associate (Full-Time Only). Shifts Available: Morning: 7 AM – 3 PM. Evening: 3 PM – 11 PM.

What You’ll Do: Greet guests and provide a smooth check-in and check-out. Answer questions, handle reservations, and respond to requests. Assign rooms and update bookings with accuracy. Process payments and keep guest accounts correct. Resolve issues quickly and professionally. Keep the front desk neat, organized, and welcoming.

What We’re Looking For: 1+ year of customer service experience (hotel preferred). Strong communication and people skills. Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new systems.
