People & Culture Generalist

Department : People & Culture Reports to : Director, People & Culture Business Partnerships / Sr. Manager, PCBP Location: New Westminster Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As People & Culture Generalist supporting our Supply Chain organization, you provide support in all aspects of People & Culture (P&C), partnering with the entire P&C department to build a platform for our people to perform at their best.

You are the face of P&C programs to our employees and people leaders. Through strong relationship building, you identify gaps in P&C programs, processes and policies and constantly seek ways to evolve people practices across the organization that leads to contributes to a great employee experience. This role is generally based out of our New Westminster location and is mostly onsite with flexibility of schedule.

While New Westminster will serve as the role's home base, success in this position requires building strong relationships across the broader Supply Chain organization. As a result, regular time spent at Arc'teryx HQ, Design Center, and other Supply Chain locations, including Arc'One, will be expected based on business priorities and the evolving focus of the role.
