People & Culture Generalist

The People & Culture and Health & Safety Generalist supports the effective delivery of People & Culture and Health & Safety programs within the manufacturing facility. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager this role is responsible for supporting recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, attendance management, performance management, employee records, benefits and leave administration, worker’s compensation, and HR reporting.

The position also coordinates workplace incident investigations, return to work and modified duty program, safety training, workplace inspections, Joint Health and Safety Committee activities and corrective action tracking.
