Quality Assurance Associate

Mahshell Soft Ltd is currently recruiting a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to enhance the reliability and performance of its software offerings. This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with development and product teams to detect defects, validate corrections, and guarantee that all deliverables satisfy established functional and user experience standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive functional and regression testing across web and mobile platforms. Develop, update, and manage test cases alongside detailed testing checklists. Detect, replicate, and formally record software anomalies. Monitor reported issues and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. Validate patches and updates implemented by engineering teams.

Execute exploratory testing strategies to uncover unforeseen vulnerabilities. Facilitate API testing and perform initial validation of server-side responses. Assess application performance and compatibility across various browsers and devices. Contribute to usability assessments and compatibility verification efforts.

Engage in product review sessions and final release validation procedures. Document quality assurance activities and compile comprehensive test reports. Alert relevant departments to critical defects and potential release hazards. Assist in verifying system stability following product deployment. Partner with technical and product groups to drive continuous quality improvements.
