Service Commercial Building Maintenance Job Overview: One. Service Commercial Building Maintenance is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service across our client properties. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining a safe and professional workspace for our clients.

Responsibilities

Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of client facilities to ensure all cleaning quality and maintenance standards are met. Operations & Coverage: Cover cleaning position openings due to call-outs or unexpected vacancies to ensure uninterrupted service. Logistics: Manage product deliveries to various job sites.

Equipment Operation: Expertly operate and maintain cleaning machinery, including side-by-side machines, high-speed buffing machines, and carpet cleaning equipment. Transportation: Safely operate a company vehicle to travel between site locations to perform duties.

Requirements

Experience: Prior supervisory experience in the cleaning or janitorial industry is required. Technical Skills: Proven experience in operating professional floor care equipment (side-by-side, high-speed buffing, and carpet cleaning machines). Licensing: Must possess a valid New York State (NYS) driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Skills: Ability to effectively manage time, resolve operational issues, and communicate clearly with both staff and clients. Schedule: Monday through Friday Flexible Shift Options: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM OR 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Compensation: $25.00 per hour Additional Information / Benefits Health Benefits Available to Full-Time employees after 90 days of employment.
