Job Skills / Requirements Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Cleaner for the Town Hall.

This position involves maintaining the cleanliness of the first and second floors, basement, and Justice Court areas. Successful candidates must be able to clear a criminal background check. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM Compensation: Base Pay: $20.85 per hour Supplemental Benefit Rate: $1.09 per hour (non-taxed) Total Compensation: $21.

94 per hour Responsibilities: The following tasks are included as part of the regular cleaning routine: Daily Maintenance: Vacuum all floors, rugs, stairs, and the elevator. Wash all tile floors using a damp mop and disinfectant. Empty garbage pails and replace liners as needed. Clean and disinfect all bathrooms, fixtures, and accessories; restock toilet paper, hand towels, soap, and other supplies.

Clean and disinfect high-touch areas, including water fountains, handrails, glass doors/partitions, and counters in the lobby, business office, and public works department. Clean kitchen appliances. Routine Upkeep: Weekly: Remove cobwebs; dust and clean all surfaces including furniture, ledges, window sills, and computer stations; replace entry carpets.
