Assistant Residence Manager (ARM)

Join Lifetime Assistance as an Assistant Residence Manager (ARM) and help lead a team dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities! You'll support daily residential operations, supervise and mentor staff, coordinate schedules and medical care, implement individualized support plans, and promote independence and community inclusion.

You'll also provide hands-on support and step into leadership when the Residence Manager is unavailable. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, organization, and leadership skills, along with related human services experience and a commitment to person-centered care.
