Senior Residence Manager

The Senior Residence Manager leads the daily operations of residential programs supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role supervises and develops staff, ensures high-quality, person-centered care, and maintains compliance with OPWDD and agency standards.

Responsibilities include

overseeing health and safety, managing schedules and documentation, supporting individual goals, and responding to emergencies as needed. This position requires strong leadership, organization, and a commitment to fostering independence, dignity, and inclusion for those we serve.
