Security Screening Officer | Military and/or Law Enforcement Experience Required

Job Title : Security Screening Officer Location : New York, NY Work Type : Part-Time Pay Rate : $25.00/hour Johnson Security Bureau, Inc. is seeking a Security Screener that will use cutting-edge Smart. Tech x-ray software. We are seeking vigilant, focused individuals who are passionate about maintaining security, following procedures, and operating with integrity.

Shifts Available Shifts will vary Key Responsibilities : As a Security Screener, you will play a critical role in identifying potential threats and ensuring the safety of the premises. Your precision and attention to detail will support a secure and efficient screening process.

Inspect bags and items using x-ray screening equipment Analyze images and determine if additional inspection is required Communicate findings and concerns to appropriate personnel and supervisors Identify and respond to suspicious items or alarm triggers Record incidents and observations with accuracy and professionalism Maintain alertness and situational awareness at all times Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols Requirements : Valid New York State Security Guard License High School Diploma or GED Prior professional experience in a security or screening role 2+ years of service in any U.
