🔐 SECURITY SUPERVISOR – GATEHOUSE 📍 Location: Wrexham 💷 Pay Rate: £14.81 per hour 📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday ⏰ Working Hours Monday – Thursday: 06:30 – 15:30 Friday: 06:30 – 12:00 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 👮 ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Security Supervisor to oversee a busy gatehouse operation in Wrexham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of security officers, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the gatehouse and maintaining the highest standards of site security, safety and professionalism. This role is ideal for a confident leader who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead a team to deliver an efficient and professional security service.

✅ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 🔹 Supervise and manage a team of security officers within a busy gatehouse environment. 🔹 Oversee daily gatehouse operations and ensure all procedures are followed. 🔹 Monitor and control the entry and exit of vehicles, visitors, contractors and staff. 🔹 Ensure compliance with site security procedures and health and safety requirements.

🔹 Maintain accurate records, daily logs and incident reports. 🔹 Deal professionally with incidents, queries and operational issues. 🔹 Provide leadership, guidance and support to the security team. 🔹 Maintain excellent standards of customer service and professionalism. 🎯 ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS ✔️ Previous supervisory experience in a security or gatehouse environment, OR a minimum of 5 years' continuous experience within a gatehouse-type environment.

✔️ Excellent communication and leadership skills. ✔️ A professional, reliable and responsible approach to work. ✔️ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. ✔️ The ability to remain calm and make effective decisions under pressure. ✔️ The ability to work efficiently within a busy, fast-paced environment. ⭐ WHAT WE OFFER 💷 Competitive pay rate of £14.
