Manage utility coordination for water, sewer, gas, electric, and telecom, including service applications, design reviews, agreements, and installation schedules. Track financial security (bonds and letters of credit) and development agreements, including reduction and release requests.

Maintain an entitlement schedule for each project and flag risks to approval and permit deadlines early. Keep organized project files for plans, permits, agreements, approvals, and agency correspondence. Provide administrative support to the Land Development team, including meeting agendas and notes, consultant invoice processing, and agency correspondence.
