Human Resources Intern - Spring 2027

Human Resources Intern (Spring of 2027) Keystone Custom Homes is seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Intern to join our team on-site for the Spring 2027 semester, with the potential for an extension. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, benefits administration, compliance, etc.

Compensation

$16.50/hour Schedule & Location: 15-30 hours/week Flexible, dependent upon school schedule and availability On-site at our Lancaster, PA office Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): Support the open enrollment process and assist with benefits-related tasks Help monitor job openings and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process Maintain and update employee records in HR databases Provide general administrative support and contribute to other HR projects as needed You are the ideal candidate if you: Are working toward a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field Enjoy working with HR software and databases Have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers Possess strong organizational and communication skills Embody a positive attitude and a willingness to learn Are a go getter and extremely detail oriented Keystone Custom Homes is an award-winning homebuilder with a mission to "Build Dreams Together.
