Sr. Analyst, Transition Operations

Provide advanced operational guidance throughout the partner-office transition process and serve as a senior subject matter expert. Support Transition Operations Consultants as a first-level escalation resource, helping resolve complex issues and coordinate transition activities. Collaborate with advisors, office staff, custodians, third-party providers, and internal departments to deliver a consistent, efficient onboarding experience.

Develop and improve workflows, document best practices, and strengthen the accuracy and consistency of transition operations. Lead assigned projects and workstreams to support timely completion of operational responsibilities and improve scalability.
