Generate acquisition opportunities through prospecting, industry relationships, regional events, and the Carson network. Build and maintain relationships with investment bankers and other referral sources in the independent and hybrid wealth management communities. Support the acquisition process from initial prospect engagement through a signed letter of intent, and collaborate with transaction and integration teams to advance opportunities through closing.

Apply industry knowledge and an understanding of competitors, financial analysis, valuation, and deal structure to support acquisition growth. Achieve individual and team activity and sales targets while supporting senior M&A leadership.
