Qualifications

Active New Jersey RN or LPN license Pediatric nursing experience preferred Current BLS certification Strong clinical and communication skills Compassionate, dependable, and patient Health & Compliance Requirements Physical examination within the past 12 months PPD/QuantiFERON within 12 months or chest X-ray within 5 years Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption Why Join Affirmed Home Care?
