Case Aide - Refugee Services - FT

The Immigrant & Refugee Services Division at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark seeks a Case Aide to provide case management services to Refugee Program clients. The Case Aide will be responsible for the following primary job duties: Assist program clients with document production and organization, form completion, scheduling, interpretation and other processes to support access to external programs and resources Liaise with internal program teams to identify client needs for initial assistance Serve as liaison between clients and external providers, where appropriate Follow up with clients to assess progress and record developments.

Compile and regularly update case notes in client database Perform other related duties as assigned by the Program Manager and Program Director. Required qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience working in a non-profit or government setting is preferred but not required.

Fluency in Spanish or Haitian Creole is required.
