Job Purpose Working within the product support team, this exciting and challenging position is based in Zedelgem working and traveling to the Middle East, Africa and the Caucasus region with some travel to other European countries.

The main function is to support dealers and customers within the regions with diagnostics, repairs and optimisation of CNH Agricultural equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer and dealer satisfaction is key.
• Regular field visits working with dealers and customers, performing detailed investigations and data capture on specific technical concerns and performance issues.
• Provide hands-on technical support to dealers to resolve complex technical concerns and support with large repairs as required.
• Provide technical support to dealers with Tractor, Precision Farming and Crop Harvesting issues.
• Support with installations of flagship machines direct with customers.
• Support in preparation of machines
• Provide onsite and off-site technical support to dealers and customers.
• Preparation of concise technical reports.
• Coach dealers on the most effective repair methods, use of technical information, enhanced diagnostic, Control Room and support tools to ensure customer satisfaction.
• To support Service Technical Specialists and Area Technical Managers in problem resolution with customers machines.
• To prepare and deliver training as required to the network and customers. Key Competences & Behaviours Fluent communication in French and English (or Dutch) Able to travel to North-Africa on regular basis Customer and dealer satisfaction is key.
