Now UI Builder & Now Experience Framework Job Summary We are seeking a Service. Now UI Builder Developer to build and customize applications and modern user experiences using Service.

Now UI Builder. The candidate will design responsive pages, dashboards, workspaces, and portal experiences using the Now Experience UI Framework.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize applications and user experiences using Service. Now UI Builder. Build responsive pages, dashboards, workspaces, and portal experiences based on business requirements. Configure Now Experience UI Framework, UI Builder components, Data Resources, Client Scripts, and Client State Parameters. Integrate UI Builder experiences with Service.

Now tables, APIs, REST/Scripted REST APIs, and Integration. Hub. Develop reusable components, participate in code reviews, and maintain upgrade-safe coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve UI, performance, and integration-related issues.

Requirements

8–9 years of total IT experience with 6–7 years of relevant hands-on technical lead/development experience. Strong hands-on expertise with Service. Now platform, Scoped Apps, and Integration Hub. Demonstrated experience building or integrating with AI Agents, Skills, MCP Servers, and A2A Protocols. Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks, JavaScript, and Lit Web Components.

Excellent mentoring, communication, and code review capabilities.
