She experiences incontinence and uses diapers, so assistance with hygiene and toileting is essential. While she is not bed bound, she may need help with mobility and daily routines due to her condition. The ideal caregiver should be patient, understanding, and experienced in working with individuals who have physical limitations. Since the member does not smoke and has no pets, the environment is clean and allergy-friendly. A caregiver with experience in personal care, incontinence support, and light housekeeping would be a great fit. Strong communication skills and a gentle demeanor are important to ensure the member feels comfortable and supported in her home.
