Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist

The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Specialist will work closely with Mercy Corps and partner organizations to ensure quality monitoring, evaluation, and data collection for the project. The role includes leading monitoring activities and surveys, analyzing data to support project implementation, contributing to report writing, and ensuring that performance monitoring and reporting systems are effectively in place.
