Job description
Lead and coordinate overall project execution, ensuring alignment between internal teams, contractors, consultants, and subcontractors. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with technical drawings, project specifications, quality standards (QC), and safety regulations. Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and costs to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Review project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project performance. Conduct site inspections, quality control reviews, and project meetings to ensure construction quality and operational efficiency. Prepare project progress reports, cost reports, and performance updates for management and stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in construction projects. Strong knowledge of project management, construction methods, technical drawings, quality control (QC), cost control, and budgeting.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and project management documentation. Strong leadership, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively under tight deadlines. Detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven with a strong commitment to project quality and efficiency.
