Help Desk Support Technician

Join Lifetime Assistance as a Help Desk Support Technician and put your tech skills to work for a mission-driven organization! You’ll provide front-line support to agency staff, troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, software, and user-access issues, assist with IT projects, and help manage technology assets. You’ll also support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, MFA, SSO, endpoint security, and other agency systems.

We’re seeking a customer-focused problem solver with an associate degree in IT or a related field, 1–5 years of technical support experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping people navigate technology. This is an on-site-only role.
