Area Assistant Director of Finance - Peregrine Hospitality Central Coast Collection

Salary: $100K DOE We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Area Assistant Director of Finance to support the financial operations of a growing portfolio of hotels. This leadership position partners closely with hotel General Managers, Directors of Operations, Centralized Accounting and the Area Director of Finance to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and achievement of financial objectives across multiple properties. The ideal candidate possesses strong hospitality accounting experience, a passion for developing teams, and a thorough understanding of hotel financial operations and USALI standards.
