We are opening our Fort Lauderdale location and are looking for reliable, motivated kitchen team members to join us from the beginning. We are currently hiring Line Cooks who take pride in consistency, cleanliness, teamwork, and quality. Positions Available Line Cook The Line Cook is responsible for preparing dishes during service according to Little Hen recipes, plating standards, and timing expectations.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards Set up and stock the station before service Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during busy brunch service Follow food safety, sanitation, and labeling procedures Communicate with the chef and team during service Keep station clean, organized, and ready at all times Assist with cleaning and closing duties as needed Requirements: Previous line cook experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen Strong attention to detail and presentation Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Must be available weekends and holidays Food handler certification preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to grow with a new restaurant opening Positive and professional team environment Training and support from leadership Morning/daytime schedule Full-time and part-time opportunities available How to Apply Please apply with your resume and availability.
