Consistently provide helpful explanations and suggestions on the menu and offer assistance with wine pairings. Always deliver Food and Beverages as requested, promptly, in the correct service order, follow up to ensure each guest's needs have been met and suggest solutions to any issues. Maximizes wine and beverage sales by invitingly offering suitable choices.

Always follow all Company guidelines, policies, and procedures, including HACCP protocols Minimum 2-year experience in job-related positions. Able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language(s). Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per resort standards.
