About the Role

Snapscale is looking for an experienced Dental Virtual Assistant with experience working virtually with US dental clinics/orthodontic offices/dental surgery centers. This role will support a US-based dental practice and is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, experience in dental administration, and the ability to provide excellent patient support while managing key front-office and insurance-related functions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Must have experience working with US-based private dental clinics or dental related practices (required) Experience with tasks such as using EMR/EHR systems, insurance verification, patient confirmations, appointment scheduling, and inbound call handling Strong verbal English communication skills Excellent customer service and patient communication skills Empathetic, professional, and patient-focused approach Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
