Snapscale is looking for an experienced Healthcare Virtual Assistant (HVA) with appointment setting experience to join our team as a skilled US Clinic Coordinator in a remote setup . This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless patient experience through accurate scheduling, communication, and healthcare coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Experience in appointment setting (scheduling, rescheduling, confirming appointments, and patient follow-ups) is required Must have experience working with US-based clinics and/or healthcare environments Experience in EMR, insurance verification, patient coordination, and inbound call handling Experience in processing refills, auditing labs, and following up on lab results Medical billing and coding experience is a plus Strong written and verbal English communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Must have stable internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace for remote work
