Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Negotiates debt repayment with consumers. Listens carefully to what they say, ask good questions and overcome obstacles. Obtains firm agreements to repay debt in a timely manner.

Receives and makes telephone contact with consumers. Makes informed decisions based on consumers’ needs, account balances and business’ standard operating procedures Maintains and updates consumer account data to accurately reflect current status Maintains quality standards. Comply with applicable laws and regulations governing third party collections, such as the FDCPA.
