Residential Specialist - 3rd Shift - Hilltop Recovery Residence

This 3rd shift full-time position (40 hours/week) will provide support as part of the dynamic team at Hilltop Recovery Residence, an Intensive residential home in Bellows Falls, VT. This position is from 11:00pm pm until 7:30 am shift and does include both weekday and every other weekend hours. We are looking for creative, flexible and dependable people to teach independent living skills, socialization and community integration.

A large focus of our third shift team is quality assurance and auditing both digital records and the community environment. Applicants with relevant bachelor's degree and /or residential mental health experience preferred. We are willing to train the right candidate. The pay range for this position is $20-$23.25 per hour.
