Project Director - Data Centre Projects PMC

Stepping into this role means taking total ownership of a flagship hyperscale facility from initial shovel-in-the-ground to full client handover. As Project Director, you are the single point of executive accountability—leading multi-disciplinary PMC teams, managing direct C-suite/senior international tech client relationships, and steering massive budgets and schedules.

What You Will Do

• Direct end-to-end project execution from design through commissioning handover.
• Lead client-facing stakeholder meetings and manage multidisciplinary consultant teams.
• Oversee project programme, budget, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Drive overall site safety, quality standards, and contractor performance. Experience You Need - 12+ years experience delivering large-scale major construction projects.
• Proven track record leading hyperscale data centre or mission-critical builds.
• Relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong client leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building capabilities.
