You will work closely with the Founder and Director across two niche, industry-focused businesses, THE resources HUB™ and Resourceful Women™, gaining exposure to diverse clients, talent solutions and workforce projects that go beyond traditional recruitment. The primary role is to manage end-to-end recruitment processes within the mining and resources sector while delivering an exceptional experience to both clients and candidates.

Designed for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with mining and resources exposure and mobilisation experience, this opportunity allows you to perform at a high level within a flexible and supportive environment.

Our business is genuinely open to part time, full time or job share arrangements and can structure hours around personal schedules for the right person/people. The Tasks Ahead: Managing full end-to-end recruitment processes across mining and resources roles Sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting high-quality candidates Coordinating mobilisation, including site compliance, medicals, inductions and documentation Building and maintaining long-term client and candidate relationships Supporting candidates through offer, onboarding and transition Contributing to talent pipeline development and sourcing strategies Maintaining accurate ATS records and reporting About You You are an experienced recruiter who understands the pace and standards of the resources industry and takes pride in doing things properly.

You value relationships, communicate confidently, and can manage multiple priorities without compromising quality. PLEASE NOTE. Key Requirements Proven experience as a 360 ⁰ Recruitment Consultant is preferred Experience recruiting within mining, resources, engineering or heavy industry is a huge advantage Strong understanding of mobilisation and company client site compliance requirements Exceptional relationship building and communication skills Ability to manage multiple roles and competing priorities confidently Willing to network at events and actively promote our two businesses WA residency with full Australian working rights The Benefits Flexible office hour arrangements if required
