Job Requirement Required Qualifications: 4–7+ years of experience in supply chain planning or analytics.
- Proven experience with o9 platform configuration and implementation.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes (demand/supply planning, S&OP, inventory optimization).
- Hands-on experience with IBPL scripting and data modelling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- o9 Platform certification (e.g., Technical Configuration Level II,DP-SP Reference Model).
- Experience in industries like retail, manufacturing, or consumer goods.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Configuration Lead and participate in the full o9 implementation lifecycle: Requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support. Configure o9 modules such as:
- Demand Planning , Supply Planning , Integrated Business Planning (IBP) ,Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) & Control Tower Customize the o9 platform using IBPL (o9’s scripting language). Design and configure data models and workflows to support planning processes and what-if analysis. Functional Support Troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues. Perform manual and automated data uploads. Validate end-to-end workflows and ensure data accuracy. Create and present Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to stakeholders.
